Please make every effort to attend and be on time for class & note the following dates:

**Wednesday, June 19th - Awards Banquet - 6:30pm @ Cranston Country Club

**Thursday, June 20th - Mandatory Dress Rehearsal - 5:30pm @ West Warwick High School

**Friday, June 21st - *Lights Camera Dancins* 44th Recital - Showtime @ 6:30pm. Arrive @ 5:30pm!!! West Warwick high School

We are in need of Backstage moms and helpers. A sign-up sheet is in the waiting room. We are also requesting items for the raffle such as toys, games, gift certificates, etc. If you are interested in donating a gift, please sign the list in the waiting room and bring the item with you to the banquet.

-Have you purchased your banquet tickets yet?

-Do you plan on participating in our summer program? Registrations are now being accepted. We are in the process of putting our summer schedule together. The summer session will begin the the week of June 24th. We are offering 4, 6 or 8 week sessions.

If you are not taking summer classes and plan to return in the Fall, please ask for a registration form.

-Have you turned in all your ads for the program book?

Recital Do's:

*-You must have your hair in french braids neat and tight, tucked up. Please hanging braids.

*-Label all of your costumes and shoes.

*-Bring a rack of some sort to hang your costumes on

*-Bring safety pins and bobby pins.

*-Make-up is great for the stage.


Recital Do Not's:

*You are not allowed to video the recital or dress rehearsal. We have a professional videographer. For the safety of our performers, flash photography is NOT allowed. You may take pictures of the show from your seat with NO FLASH!

*If you must get up during the show to change your child, please do so quietly and between routines.

*DO NOT wear underwear under your costumes, NO UNDER-PANTIES, NO JEWELRY & NO GUM!

*DO NOT use the side entrance to the auditorium. This is not only a distraction to the dancers on stage but interferes with *the lighting & videographer as well.

*Please NO Food or drinks in the dressing rooms or Auditorium!

If you know anyone celebrating a birthday, PARTY LINE is available for children's birthday party characters, princesses, superheroes or hula dancers! Just arrived Baby Shark!
